Dagbladet writes that, in a police interview, Breivik explained that at some point in his twenties, he briefly considered arranging a large party for Muslims in Oslo and detonating a bomb during the event. Breivik says he rejected the idea, however, because it would be a strategically poor choice since it would have created sympathy for Muslims.
In another police interview, according to Dagbladet, Breivik states that he believes it is a mistake to focus attacks on Muslims because he does not consider them traitors sine they are not native Norwegians.
Dagbladet also reports that Breivik has mentioned several possible targets that he considered attacking. Among those were the Labor Party headquarters, the “Blitz House” (headquarters of a radical socialist group often critizised for their use of violence and that for many years was sponsored by Oslo Commune in the form of virtually free rent of a downtown building), Dagsavisen (the former party organ of the Labor Party), and the Socialist Left Party (Sosialistisk Venstreparti), which is currently in government with the Labor Party.
In several long interviews, Anders Breivik Behring explained about when and how he developed his radical attitudes.
All that 21-year-old had his particular ideology Breivik clear, the defender Geir Lippestad previously said.

NRK reports that Breivik prepares for the police questioning sessions with detailed, written notes. NRK published a photo of one of these notes on which there is a schematic drawing of a circular block representing the Norwegian ethnic group being chiseled away from many angles.
